- We only process data per the written instructions of our clients
- All Balanced Image employees and/or contract workers process client data in a confidential manner
- As a company, we take all appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure that client data processing remains secure
- We do not use sub-processors
- We will assist our clients in meeting their GDPR obligations as required
- We will delete or return all client data in our possession at the end of the contract, at the client’s request, as well as deleting any existing copies except where required by law
